allowing real-time interaction between students and students and teachers.
Abstract: Padlet is a collaborative online tool that
can be used for student engagement, reflection, student collaboration,
assessments, comprehension checks as well as creating an inclusive environment
and providing low risk participation opportunities. This presentation will discuss using padlet
to promote active learning in a remote environment by allowing real-time interaction
between students and students and teachers.
Padlet is user-friendly, available on all mobile platforms and can be
seamlessly integrated into lectures, student breakout rooms and discussion
boards. Information from padlet walls
can be saved and downloaded for research gathering purposes, student assessment
and documenting teaching and learning for RPT.
